As we enter into this busy time of the year, it’s easy to get caught up in all the stresses of the holiday season, striving to make sure everyone is happy and everything needs to be perfect.
As a result, we're left feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves and others. It’s especially important that we make time to take care of ourselves.
Join us for a special evening of refilling our cup with connection, reflection, and gentle yoga.
You will be led through exercises that will help you to let go and surrender those things that are sucking your energy and joy.
You will learn essential tools for treating yourself in a kind and compassionate way.
You will leave feeling restored, calmer and more deeply connected to yourself.
