Stepping Into Your Power (Teen Girls Workshop)

Open to Girls ages 14+

Strong, Empowered Girls become Strong, Empowered Women

A day for girls to step into their power and build self-awareness, self-worth and a direction that is aligned with their truth. Dragonfly Girls is a day to disconnect from social media and busy schedules, and completely connect with themselves and a strong tribe of sisters.

A soulful event for teen girls that includes:

*Breaking down the illusions of beauty
*Developing a healthy self-worth and a strong relationship with themselves
*Mindfully choosing tribe based on healthy relationships
*Clearly defining boundaries that feel true to them.

Come join the movement!

The Step into Your Power workshop is Part 1 of 3.  While the program content is designed to build upon itself, you do not need to commit to all three parts to participate in Part 1.  For more detailed information about the workshop, visit www.dragonflymovement.org.

Cost:  $250 for one person; $150 for each additional friend

Register here.

Dragonfly Girls is a movement for young women ages 14-18 to develop a strong, healthy relationship with their authentic selves. We create a safe environment for girls to openly share their struggles, strengths, relationships and limiting beliefs. Through self-awareness and the power of sisterhood, they will leave feeling empowered, strong and equipped with the tools to deal with the challenges they face during this transitional time in their lives.

READ WHAT PARTICIPANTS SAY ABOUT THIS POWERFUL PROGRAM:

“After attending this program, I now have a determination to love myself more, and be more grateful. Writing down my truth is fantastic because now I have goals. I will be a wonderful bright light in the lives of people who prove to be worthy of me. I feel empowered to empower others.”
– Jane (15)

“I realized that I define myself, my relationships and my identity. Dragonfly Girls made me understand who I am as a person and not what people want me to be.” – Isabel (14)

“I learned about self love, self respect, being in touch with my spirit and setting boundaries in life. I want to thrive with inner beauty/light” – Olyvea (15)

“I loved our group discussions – they made me feel connected in a way that I don’t usually feel – like I was a part of something. Can we please get together again in 6 months and talk about our progress?” – Avery (14)

“Initially my daughter was uncertain what to expect – a teen retreat? She left feeling connected, optimistic, liberated and empowered. Even within excruciatingly busy schedules, she and I both encourage others to create space for this opportunity. Fun, cool, empowering – the right ingredients for our precious girls at the right age.” – Carey E. Carlock (Mom)

“This program couldn’t come at a more critical time. My daughter emerged stronger, more empowered & with a cohort of soul-sisters who she knows sees her for who she really is & supports her in becoming who she wants to be.” – AnneMarie Evans (Mom)

“Immediately after the program, my daughter said it exceeded her wildest expectations and that every girl should be required to take the program. In the week following, I saw her think differently about her friendships and relationships, feeling more empowered and in control. Julie and Noelani have an amazing talent in connecting with these girls at that perfect time in their lives.” – Kim Hoyt (Mom)

Afterlife Awareness & Communication

Nearly four years ago, class facilitator, Lisa Klare, faced every parent’s nightmare – the sudden death of her 23-year-old son, Alex. In Afterlife Awareness and Communication, Lisa shares her journey of healing grief through developing a newfound relationship with Alex on the other side of the veil.  In this class she’ll demonstrate techniques of how to look for signs from those who have crossed over as well as sharing present day, evidentially proven methods of afterlife communication.   We will also practice a few simple techniques to get started communicating with friends and loved ones on our own.  Whether you’re just curious about the afterlife, or on the journey of healing the heartbreak of personal loss, join us for this informative and hands-on class

About Lisa:  Lisa Klare is no stranger to loss.  She survived a commuter train collision at the age of 17 that took the lives of 44 people including a friend sitting beside her, the 2001 murders of her two young nephews, and the passing of many friends and family members -- including her parents.  Because of the skills she’s learned from these experiences, and the belief system and training she embodies, she is able to hold sacred space for those who are suffering profound loss and grief. Additionally, Lisa is a channel, dream worker, clairvoyant, energy worker, published writer and photographer.

Cost is $35.

Publishing, Podcasting and Platform Building: Shine Your Light In a Busy World

Publishing, Podcasting, and Platform building: Shine your light in busy world to be heard with your message for a better world!

80% of the American population reports a desire to write a book. New podcasts are coming out by the dozens everyday.

What explains this need for so many stories to be told?

We are approaching an age of enlightenment where heart centered leaders and entrepreneurs feel the pull to get their messages into the light in order to create a better world. Creating a powerful message for today’s heart centered leader is, at its core, starting a conversation that adds value to your audience.  Messages can be powerfully delivered through a variety of means including writing and publishing a book, podcast guesting or hosting, or pursuing traditional media outlets such as TV and radio.

In this action oriented, practical-tip delivering seminar, you will learn tips and tricks to understanding who you are here to serve, how you can serve them, and how you can combine your passion with your service to others. For aspiring authors and podcasters, we’ll address what you’ll be writing/talking about, how you can take care of yourself while you write/podcast, how you actually write/podcast, and how you start to market your messages so that you can powerfully reach a targeted audience. The presentation will specifically address:

– Why messaging through publishing, podcasting, and social media is important for every heart-centered entrepreneur

– How to use radio, podcasts, TV, print coverage and social media to gain customers and sales

– Tools and techniques that you can employ immediately to create a more powerful message in the marketplace

This event will be led by Kathryn Kemp Guylay, CEO, entrepreneur, best-selling author, podcaster and blogger.  EVERY attendee will receive a FREE copy of Kathryn's book, Mountain Mantras.  The FIRST TWENTY registrants will receive a free copy of Kathryn's e-book “Look Before You Leap: The Smart Author’s Guide to Avoiding the Money Pit and Achieving Financial Success in Publishing."

Cost:  $25

Register here.
