Journal to the Self

Michelle Wirth Fellman, a certified expressive writing instructor, will demonstrate how to use journals for much more than channeling emotions and keeping a record of memories. In Journal to the Self, you also will learn to use journals to explore various aspects of your life, yourself and your relationships with others. Designed and developed by Kathleen Adams, a pioneer in the use of writing as a tool to personal growth, the course will help participants discover the writer within, tap into creative problem solving, safely release strong emotions and more effectively manage stress. Techniques introduced include character sketches, clustering and captured moments. No writing experience necessary!

Cost:  $180 for the series (October 9. 16, 23 & 30), which includes a journal
