Radical Self Care: Saying Yes to Health in 2018

Join Aileen Baxter (The Well North Shore Principal, Certified Career Coach and Wellness Junkie) for a 4-week 'quick hit' journey to boosting your energy and clarity in 2018.

During these four weeks, practice new (or renewed!) habits related to Aileen's 4 Pillars of Health: Sleep, Clean Eating, Exercise, and Stress Reduction. This small group (12-15 people) will share accountability for adopting and committing to healthy habits that hopefully will continue beyond the four weeks. 

Participants will receive a journal and weekly accountability challenges from Aileen (and each other!). Come prepared for a quick whole health transformation!
