North Shore Sangha - Weekly Drop-In Meditation

NOTE: Starting 30 minutes later than usual... this week only.

Need some Peace of Mind?  Come check out our weekly guided group meditation sessions.  We use basic secular mindfulness meditation to relax, get centered and share the experience with a group of like-minded individuals. Open to anyone who has a personal practice or is interested in learning more about meditation and mindfulness. 

Yoga mats, blankets, back jacks and chairs are available.  Bring a meditation cushion if you prefer.
