Cindy Dooley

The Well North Shore fulfills Cindy’s passion to bring together health, wellness and spirituality in one unique and complete center.  Cindy strives to live a balanced life, which means incorporating whole nutrition, meditation, exercise, yoga, socializing in a book group or attending lectures about health & wellness or personal development & growth on a regular basis.  It’s not always easy to do, especially as a mother of three active daughters, which is why Cindy was inspired to co-found The Well North Shore – it’s a sanctuary for her personally and the community.  In her former life as an advertising executive and marketing & public relations professional, Cindy gained broad and valuable experience executing business strategies.  A native to the area, Cindy loves calling Chicago home, but also feels equally at home in southern California.

Craig Dooley

Craig brings to The Well a combination of personal intense enthusiasm for spirituality and well-being practices and a professional expertise in helping organizations define and achieve their business goals.  He has worked across roles and functions in the organizations he has supported to identify opportunities, set priorities, build strategies and plans and execute mindfully. His passion for managing and developing teams and organizations is fueled with a belief in the value of conscious capitalism.  He is a founding officer and director of non-profit hunger relief program Top Box Foods, where he served as its original Executive Director. Calling Chicago and the North Shore home for 25 years, Craig is an avid (gluten-free) amateur chef, and he can be found any given early morning running along the lake.

Favorite book, author, podcast, and/or quote:  Book:  My favorite reads are sporadic and include anything by Neale Donald Walsch, Eckhart Tolle, Jeff Foster and other provocative challenges to the meaning of spirituality and the nature of our souls in this human experience.  He's also a Sci-Fi geek, so there’s a long list of those books, too...  Quote:  “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.” - Neale Donald Walsch.
